so today.....

well yesterday was swimming championships and i did so great in my races that i had to go back today and before yesterday my times were.. 50 freestyle: 36 seconds, yesterday 31 seconds, and today was 30 seconds so a total of 6 second in two days were taken off in 2 days 100 breaststroke: 1:45, yesterday 1:38, and today was 1:30 so a total of 15 seconds were taken off in 2 days

so today we had our swim champion ships and .....

i only did 2 races but it payed of because i did a 50 free style and my old time was 36.6 and now my new time is 31.1 so i took off a total of 5.5 seconds off my time and then i did a 100 breast stroke and my old time was 1:45 and my new time is 1:38 so that was like a total of 7 seconds off my time but now i am super tired and i am going straight to bed
